Before You Book a Flight
Drone operations are highly regulated — and for good reason. Every flight must meet FAA safety standards, environmental conditions, and local compliance requirements.
If the air isn’t safe, we don’t fly.
Below are a few factors that can temporarily ground a drone:
High winds, heavy rain, fog, or extreme temperatures can make flying unsafe or unstable. Precision matters — and so does safety.
Flights near airports, stadiums, or government facilities require FAA clearance. If authorization isn’t granted, we wait or find an alternate location.
Certain areas are permanently restricted for security or privacy reasons. These aren’t suggestions — they’re federal rules we follow to the letter.
FAA regulations prohibit flying directly over people, traffic, or private property without specific authorization.
Night operations require FAA waivers and specific lighting setups to maintain visibility and compliance.
City and park drone laws can vary. We verify every location before takeoff to ensure full compliance.
